Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unopened and in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
  • Perishable items cannot be returned once opened
  • Returns must be initiated through your account

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

How to Return

  1. Log in to your account and go to your order history
  2. Select the order you wish to return
  3. Click "Request Return" and follow the instructions
  4. Pack the items securely in original packaging
  5. Ship the package to the address provided
